We can provide you with detailed inspections and reports for the following:
- Buildings under construction. We can identify areas of non-compliance with the BCA and/or the approved plans. We can suggest other ways of achieving compliance and act as a liaison with the Local Authority to obtain approval for these variations.
- Certificate of completion/Local Authority certificate of classification. We can assist in the final stages of the construction phase by liaising directly with the Local Authority and ensuring all licence conditions are addressed and the necessary final inspections undertaken.
- Audits of existing buildings for a proposed change of use or change of classification.
- Building Condition surveys/Schedule of Dilapidations.

All of our reports are clearly set out, understandable and are accompanied by photographs, diagrams and plans as required, to assist you in gaining a clear understanding of the issues.
